We have been designing and creating lighting for over 15 years and have developed a truly unique and refined style that is functional, yet artistic. From sconces to massive chandeliers, we have designed and created lighting for commercial and residential projects both interior and exterior. Awards we have won along the way include Best of Show and Best Artist Lighting at the Western Design Conference and Outstanding Art at the Adirondack Museum’s Furniture Exhibition. We have been featured in many books and magazines including Mountain Living, Log Home Living, Log Homes Illustrated, New England Home, Home Style, Victoria, The Washington Post, Adirondack Life, Contemporary Western Design by Thea Marx, Rustic Revisited by Ann Stillman-O’Leary, Adirondack Style by Ann Stillman O’Leary, and Cabins and Camps, Adirondack Home and Rustic Furniture Makers by Ralph Kylloe.
Designing Commissions:
We enjoy the process. It’s fulfilling to be actively involved in the creation of an original piece. As artists with creative ideas, we have the visual skills to imagine the possibilities and the experience to know how to take them to completion. Our web site highlights a variety of past commissions as an example of the “possibilities”. But please don’t feel limited by the designs we have featured here. Our portfolio is extensive and our imagination is unlimited.
Pricing Commissioned Pieces:
Our custom prices are dependent on the amount of detail, complexity of design, size, materials, etc. Because of the unique quality of each project, we offer the following to give you an idea of our pricing structure.
Sconces: Most range from $900-$1800, although pieces with stone or bronze work can run higher.
Bronze Sconces: Most fall in the range of $2000-$3000.
Two Tier Chandeliers: Most of our two tiers, in a 4 ft. diameter size, range from $5,600-$18,000, although pieces with extraordinary detail, bronze sculpture or original paintings do run higher. |
